How candida overgrowth plays a major role in yoni and full body issues and how our legendary formula is fighting it for you.

Candida is naturally in all of our systems. In a healthy body with a strong microbiome, it stays
at a low proportion to the good bacteria and is not noticeable. People who are barefoot on
clean earth, working near organic soil, breathing fresh outdoor air, eating natural diets with zero
processed foods and drinking fresh, mineralized, living spring water have the ideal habitat for
low candida and bad bacteria overgrowth. This is why so many indigenous cultures through
out time on earth have been vibrantly healthy their entire lives. Experiencing little to no health
issues including heart, brain and weight problems. They were also consuming less calories
overall with no access to even an “organic chocolate bar.”

That being said, think for a moment even if you are a “conscious eater” how much processed
or wrapped in plastic food you have eaten in your life. How much compromised air you have
taken in, or homes with fresh paint you have lived in. Think about the water quality you have
had access to in your life. In this era, it is so easy for your environment and food to cause mild
to extreme imbalances in the microbiome and overall body health.

So, if you, like us, have experienced or are experiencing candida overgrowth in your yoni or
elsewhere, it can be very scary and overwhelming. Especially because the mainstream
medicines offered are far less than ideal. Many of us have had a yeast infection, UTI or BV at
some point. What do they give us? Harsh chemical suppository steroid creams and synthetic
antibiotics.

Over the past few decades we have seen for ourselves that mainstream medicine does not
work for some of us. With conventional treatment, issues subside for a week and often come
back even stronger! Throughout my experience giving holistic health advice, women often tell
me they are totally overwhelmed by conventional antibiotics. Stating, that it leaves them feeling
raw and open for even more infection.

Thankfully, there are strong natural plant medicine solutions that can fight unwanted yeast,
bacteria, and viruses etc., while allowing beneficial bacteria, and healthy cells to thrive. The
most effective form of delivery for treating candida overgrowth is a vaginal, or rectal
suppository. This method bypasses the stomach acid and delivers the formula exactly where it
is needed. Rectal suppositories can be added to vaginal ones for a full body cleansing
experience. The herbs will hit the portal vein and travel through the entire system. We don’t
advertise rectal suppositories because we encourage doing coffee or ozone mineral water
enemas to make sure intestines are clear and experience less “die off ” symptoms. However, if
you are being guided by our health coaches, we would safely instruct you on how to go about
full body cleansing and clearing. If the yeast is in your yoni it is most likely throughout your
system and can be remedied with a full body detox.

Rectal and vaginal suppositories date back as far Egyptian times and were written about on
papyrus leaves. “Suppositories and pessaries (vaginal suppositories) as drug delivery vehicles
are not new dosage forms. Rectal drug delivery is one of the world’s oldest strategies for drug
dosing and rectally applied products have existed for hundreds of years. Suppositories have
been referenced in the Hebrew Scriptures. Even vaginally applied pessaries are equally as old
with documentation reported in Egyptian papyruses. Hippocrates wrote of various acorn-based
medicines delivered rectally and vaginally for local pharmacologic effects (1).”
These medicinal suppositories are made using herbs in a base like tallow, cacao butter, and
animal fats. In modern times however, the drug stores peddle chemical based steroid creams
in place of natural herbal suppositories.

“For vaginal suppositories, the FDA lists compounds to treat vaginal yeast infections and
bacterial vaginosis [such as clotrimazole and itraconazole (1)].”
Many women we have spoken to that have tried these mainstream suppositories, like monistat,
tell us that they are not the answer; and feel them to be too strong for the human body. These
harsh chemical ingredients kill all the microbiota present, including the good bacteria which of
course can leave users feeling raw, and thus open to further infection.

At sacred nectar medicinals, we offer a unique blend of highly antibacterial herbs including
clove, rosemary, and peppermint. We combine these powerful cleansing herbs with the most
soothing and nourishing plants on earth. Namely, navy blue, high grade, German chamomile, a
star ingredient in the product is highly anti-inflammatory. This flower extract deeply nourishes
during your cleanse. We also include frankincense, which is known for its anti-inflammatory
properties as well as spiritual protection.

Additionally, Clove oil is known for its antibacterial effect. You might think that putting clove oil
near you sensitive yoni skin sounds a bit spicy. That is why we have carefully perfected the
formula and each oil is in perfect balance with a calming coconut oil base. Our balanced
formula soothes and cleanses.

“One of the major hindrances in managing Candida infections lies in its potential to develop
and survive in biofilms, which demonstrate resistance to conventional antifungal therapies,
thereby complicating treatment strategies. While clove oil has shown promising results as a
potential antifungal agent, its specific anti-biofilm effects against Candida albicans biofilms
remain relatively underexplored (2).”

“Results showed that clove oil had significant anti-biofilm activity when assessed against
Candida albicans. Our systematic review provides insights into clove oil’s potential as a
therapeutic agent against Candida albicans biofilms. Clove oil also represents a promising
avenue for future research and development in managing Candida biofilms.

Clove oil is also known for its pain relieving effects and we have had women tell us time and
time again that our CLEANSE suppository stops the painful UTI symptoms right away. We have
experienced and have also had significant feedback from women saying they had become
“antibiotic resistant” and that CLEANSE cleared long standing serious issues where antibiotics
did not.

Clove is one of the star ingredients in our unique blend alongside five other power house
antibacterial plants. While it is beneficial to clear and clean your body, you want to also be
nourishing and soothing your body. Let us now take a deeper look at German Chamomile.
German chamomile has specifically high concentrations of azulene, chamazulene, and bisbolol
which all reduce skin irritation.

According to the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, “Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)
is one of the oldest aromatic plants, and the flower and essential oils have been shown to
exhibit anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effects. Chamomile is widely used in food,
cosmetics, disinfectants, and medicines. Therefore, it is a medicinal plant with great
developmental potential. German chamomile belongs to the family Compositae, and its volatile
oil is often used in cosmetic care to eliminate inflammation, relieve skin irritation, and reduce
redness and swelling of the skin. This oil has been used for healing skin wound and exhibits
antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant activities. The cyclic ethers, flavonoids, and

total volatile oils in chamomile have also been shown to exhibit an inhibitory effect on fungal
growth. Polysaccharides isolated from its inflorescence also exhibit anti-inflammatory activity.
Several studies have reported significant effects of German chamomile volatile oil in the
treatment of eczema (3).”

I will cover more about our formula in different articles to further dive into each plant and why it
is used. I sincerely hope you have the chance to use these formulas and feel the medicinal
qualities these sacred plants carry. It is our life’s work, and such a blessing, to be
revolutionizing medicine and offering safe, effective natural body care.
